Returns Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, uninstalled, with all manuals, spare parts and its original packaging intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We will have to receive your item first in order to process your return. We aim to inspect the returned good and inform you of the status of your return within 3 working days.

You can always contact us for any return enquiries at bathroomguru@wantai.com. We reserve the rights to reject returns if they are found to have been installed or if they are no longer in a sellable condition.

Shipping

We understand that receiving your orders on time is important to you and that's why we have created a delivery system that is both efficient and convenient. Our default delivery time is set to be between 3-5 working days, so you can expect your orders to be delivered within that timeframe.

However, we understand that life can sometimes get in the way and that's why we offer the option to hold and reserve your delivery for up to 6 months. This feature is perfect for those who are undergoing a house renovation and need to match their delivery schedule with their renovation timeline. Simply let us know when you would like your delivery to be made and we'll make sure it arrives at your doorstep at the right time.
