Return Policy 

  • All items purchased online cannot be returned/refunded. Please be 100% sure when making your purchases. 
  • We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return only if there is a manufacturing defect found.
  • Product(s) can be exchanged 7 days from the date of purchase only if there is a manufacturing defect found.
  • Bathroom Guru reserves the rights to reject any exchange that do not fulfill any of the above stated requirements.

Special cases:

Should we have assessed your request to be eligible for a return, the following conditions will still apply: your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, uninstalled, with all manuals, spare parts and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We will have to receive your item first in order to process your return, transportation charges arranged by us will be at a fee of $40 GST included. We aim to inspect the returned good and inform you of the status of your return within 3 working days. 

We reserve the rights to reject returns if they are found to have been installed or if they are no longer in a sellable condition.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received an incorrect item, so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify it as soon as possible.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

We accept exchange requests with the same conditions outlined in our return policy above.  To initiate an exchange, you can message us or drop us an email at bathroomguru@wantai.com.

Flexi-Delivery Policy

We can hold your delivery for up to 6 months from the purchase date. Subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Bathroom Guru retains the rights to have your purchased items delivered early in the event our warehouse capacity is full. 
  • In the event you are uncontactable one week after we have informed you of the collection/delivery date, your item will be forteited.
  • Upon receipt of goods, please confirm by signing on the Delivery Order form, we shall not be liable for damages to the goods upon your acknowledgement beyond this delivery date. 

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations are not allowed.
  • Once you have placed your order, you are deemed to have checked your order details thoroughly.
