When you book an installation service with us, we require a small non-refundable booking fee to secure your appointment. The fee is typically between $5 to $15 per service, and it is charged at the time of checkout.

This booking fee covers the cost of reserving a time slot for our technicians to come to your location, and it also helps to ensure that our team can provide prompt and reliable service to all of our customers. We take our commitments seriously, and we want to make sure that we can meet the needs of all of our clients.

The booking fee is non-refundable, as it covers the administrative costs associated with scheduling and reserving a time slot for your installation service. However, we understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we will do our best to work with you to reschedule your appointment if necessary.

The remaining balance of your installation fee, excluding any spare parts or additional accessories, will be charged at the time of installation.

Warranty*

Our installation services are backed by a warranty of up to 1 year from the date of installation. This warranty covers any defects or issues that arise as a result of our workmanship, and we will take prompt and effective action to address any concerns you may have.

If you experience any issues with your installation within the warranty period, simply contact our customer service team and we will arrange for a technician to assess the situation and make any necessary repairs or adjustments. We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we want to make sure that our customers are fully satisfied with our services.

Please note that our warranty does not cover any defects or issues that are caused by external factors, such as user error or product malfunction. However, we are always available to provide guidance and support, and we will do our best to help you resolve any issues that may arise.
Small Order Fee*

We offer competitive pricing for all of our installation services, and we always strive to provide our customers with the best value for their money. However, in order to ensure that we can continue to provide high-quality service and support, we have established a small order fee of $80 for installation services that are less than $150.

This fee helps to cover the cost of labor, equipment, and transportation, as well as other expenses associated with providing our installation services. While we understand that this fee may seem high for smaller projects, we believe that it is a fair and necessary measure to ensure that we can continue to provide top-quality service to all of our customers.

We encourage our customers to consider bundling multiple installation services together to meet the minimum order threshold and avoid this small order fee. We offer a wide range of installation services, from small repairs to major renovations, so there are plenty of options to choose from.
