Returns Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, uninstalled, with all manuals, spare parts and its original packaging intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We will have to receive your item first in order to process your return. We aim to inspect the returned good and inform you of the status of your return within 3 working days.

Shipping

However, we understand that life can sometimes get in the way and that's why we offer the option to hold and reserve your delivery for up to 6 months. This feature is perfect for those who are undergoing a house renovation and need to match their delivery schedule with their renovation timeline.
